01 / The right presence

A distinct role.
A shared sense of occasion.

Some briefs call for a polished presence in the room. Others need talent actively welcoming and engaging guests. We help you define the role before considering the right fit.

01 — ATMOSPHERE

Part of the experience.

Atmosphere models contribute to the look, energy, and social experience of an event through agreed appearances and guest interaction. The brief sets expectations for participation, presentation, and conduct.

  • Event presence and natural guest conversation
  • Agreed brand appearances and photo moments
  • Wardrobe aligned with your event’s direction
02 — VIP HOSTING

A thoughtful welcome.

VIP hostesses and hosts take on defined, active hosting duties. Depending on your brief, these may include welcoming arrivals, helping guests find the right area, and supporting your planned guest experience.

  • Greeting and welcoming invited guests
  • Guest guidance and agreed check-in support
  • Clear duties, timing, and client briefing

02 / Designed around the room

The setting
sets the brief.

A private celebration, a launch, or an evening reception each asks for a different kind of presence. Tell us who is attending, how guests should be engaged, and where talent fits into the occasion.

Hosting, beverage service, and promotional responsibilities are distinct. Every requested duty must be discussed and agreed in advance.

04 / Before you book

A few
good questions.

What is the difference between atmosphere models and VIP hosts?

Atmosphere talent focuses on event presence and agreed guest interaction. VIP hosting adds specific responsibilities, such as welcoming arrivals or guiding guests. We confirm duties for each individual role; they are not interchangeable.

Can talent serve drinks or provide hospitality service?

Beverage and table service require a separate role-specific brief. Request these through our luxury event staffing service so duties and requirements can be assessed alongside your hosting needs.

What should I include in my inquiry?

Include the date, city, venue, hours, number of talent, duties, wardrobe direction, and any guest or event requirements. Mention briefing and arrival needs so the full working schedule can be discussed.

How far ahead should I inquire?

Contact us once your date and initial brief are available. Suitability and availability depend on the event, location, roles, and timing; submitting an inquiry does not reserve talent.
